Refund Policy
Version v1 · Last updated: July 2026 — draft pending legal review
1. Apps & model packs — 30 days, un-consumed
Marketplace purchases are refundable within 30 days, no questions asked, if the product is un-consumed: a model pack whose files you have not downloaded, or an app you have used for at most a brief trial. Refunds are uniform across all sellers — a seller cannot opt out or deny a policy refund. The refund returns to your Marketplace Balance instantly and the product license is revoked.
2. Defective or removed products — always refundable
A product that is materially defective, misdescribed, or removed by platform moderation is refundable even after download or use — statutory remedies (including EU Digital Content Directive conformity rights) are never waived by this policy.
3. Refunds to card
Wallet refunds are the default. On request, un-spent card-funded value can be refunded to the original card, bounded by the amount actually funded from that card.
4. Cloud/GPU Credits
Cloud/GPU Credits are non-refundable as a right. Discretionary goodwill credit may be issued for platform-caused failures — as cloud credits, at our sole discretion, without creating an entitlement to future refunds.
5. EU/UK buyers — withdrawal and the immediate-delivery waiver
EU/UK consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. At checkout you may expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that you thereby lose that withdrawal right (Art. 16(m), Consumer Rights Directive); we confirm that consent on a durable medium. If you do not consent, delivery waits and the statutory right applies. This platform policy (§1) applies in addition and regardless.
6. Limits
Refund abuse (repeated buy-consume-refund patterns) is limited by per-account caps; capped accounts can still receive defect refunds via support.
