Your standing reflects whether your account is in good order. Policy violations add strikes, and accumulating strikes can suspend your ability to earn. Every enforcement action can be appealed.
Your standing
Good standing means you can list, sell, and accrue normally. Your dashboard shows your active strike count and whether accrual is currently blocked.
How strikes work
A strike is recorded when a listing or action violates marketplace policy. Strikes are cumulative while active. Three active strikes suspend accrual — you can no longer earn on new sales until your standing is restored.
Attestation and misrepresentation
When you submit a model pack for review you affirm a set of sworn representations — about ownership, licensing, and content. Those attestations are the floor for listing a pack.
Why it matters
Misrepresenting an attestation is itself a strike. Affirm the representations only when they are true; false attestations put your standing and your earnings at risk.
Appealing a decision
If a listing is flagged, blocked, or moderated out, open its details from your listings and use “View details” to see the category-level reason. Where an appeal is available, submit it directly — it files a support ticket that lands in the moderation queue, and you can track it in Support.
